Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sentinel-ASO (the "Service"), including our web application, related subdomains, and API endpoints under sentinelaso.com. The Service is operated by Sentinel Software LLC ("Sentinel", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and use the Service.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
Accounts and Security
An account is required to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
We may use security controls to protect accounts and the platform, including monitoring for suspicious login activity and abuse.
Plans, Billing, and Credits
Sentinel-ASO offers subscription plans (monthly and yearly) and may offer additional credit purchases. Plan features and limits can change over time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, renewals, and approved purchases.
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel future renewals through your account settings or the billing flow we provide. Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal charge.
Billing terms, renewals, credits, and refunds are described in our Billing & Refunds policy. In general, fees are charged in advance and are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in that policy.
API Access
Certain plans may include API access through an API token. Your API token is for your use only. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity performed using your token.
We may apply rate limits, usage limits, and other controls to protect the Service. We may change, suspend, or revoke API access if we reasonably believe it is being abused or used in a way that violates these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass security or access controls.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
- Sharing accounts, reselling access, or providing access to others without permission.
- Overloading the Service, abusing the API, or attempting to circumvent limits.
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
- Using the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access as described below.
